Suluhu Think-Tank conducted a Perception Survey for a government entity based at the Kenya Coast in 2018 to establish public perception about its activities. Several aspects were being evaluated including:

1. Extent to which Public participation was being undertaken before projects implementation as prescribed in Constitution of Kenya 2010
2. Extent to which projects were being completed, and within the set timelines.
