We undertake structured and well thought training and development for staff and communities in areas of Performance Management, Leadership Skills, Change Management, Exceptional Customer Service, Relationship Management, Financial Management, Land Rights, Gender Issues, Children Rights among others.  Further, we partner with Non-State Actors (NSAs) in their Project implementation programs through training staff, communities and stakeholders in areas of effective community development methods, conducting effective research and public participation approaches.
